A body cavitation machine is an apparatus that can be used to stop the flow of water in a cavity in the walls of a building. Cavitation occurs when there is an alteration in the pressure on the inside surface of a liquid in the cavity. The pressure will rise, causing the liquid inside the cavity to expand, followed by the exterior surface of the cavity shrinking back to its original shape.

Most body cavitation machines are designed to provide several different solutions to the problem of cavitation. The basic design of most cavitation devices is a pump that uses electrical and hydraulic energy to pump a high volume of water into the cavity to create a low pressure environment. When the low pressure environment causes the walls of the cavity to collapse, the liquid in the cavity will absorb the extra pressure and return to its original shape. The process repeats itself until the wall collapses completely and water flows freely into the cavity.

This is a scenario that can occur naturally in a number of types of cavities including concrete, rock, mud, cement, silts, metals, glass, marble, wood, rubber, and more. All of these cavities have differing pressures, temperatures, and compositions. Therefore, a solution for the problem of cavitation must be designed to meet the needs of each type of cavity.

As you may be aware, the outside of the liquid droplets expands when it experiences a change in pressure, so it is logical to conclude that the same thing can happen inside a cavity when water flow is stopped. The problem arises when the liquid is under a low pressure environment and the interior walls of the cavity contract because of a lack of strength. This contraction results in the liquid flowing backwards through the remaining space in the cavity, creating a sharpened peak on the exterior walls of the cavity. This form of hydrostatic pressure can cause further problems as the surface area and velocity of the liquid increases.

One of the most common problems is the cracking of the concrete under the hydrostatic pressure, which results in cracking of the concrete, followed by failure of the structure. Unfortunately, the failure of the concrete or structure will not be detected by the technician, leaving the homeowner with the dilemma of either repairing the cavity, replacing the concrete, or just leaving the cavity.

A body cavitation machine is designed to replace the services of the regular plumber and to perform the process quickly and efficiently. A body cavitation machine can detect problems inside a cavity and give the homeowner the necessary tools and information needed to repair the problem.

There are three types of cavitation - internal, exterior, and hydrostatic pressure. The hydrostatic pressure type occurs when the interior of the cavity changes because of pressure changes in the exterior surface, but not due to an increase in the interior volume.

The body cavitation machine is a device that works using an electrostatic field. A hydrostatic contact force is applied to the cavity walls to hold them in place until the solution can be pumped out of the cavity.
